Our theme for this class is Connect: Opening to Love.
Opening to love requires a deep connection with both ourselves and others. This Breathwork experience is designed to help you cultivate and expand your capacity for love and connection. You'll explore Breathwork techniques that enhance your openness and receptivity, fostering a greater sense of intimacy and compassion. If you want to deepen your relationships, increase your self-love, or invite more warmth and connection into your life, this workshop will guide you in embracing and nurturing the love that flows within and around you.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork gives you a direct experience for healing and transformation by accessing your body's innate healing intelligence. Breathwork is a conscious and connected breathing technique that supports you to improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness.
What's included?
🌟Education on the nervous system + learn a 5 minute take home practise
🌟Journal prompts on the theme of joy to tap into the subconscious
🌟45 minutes- 60 minutes of conscious and connected Breathwork
🌟 Bodyscan and meditation

Who is Gemma Rose?
Gemma is a fully certified trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner (Owaken), and Trauma-Recovery Coach (IAOTRC). After nearly a decade working in award-winning philanthropic and charitable organisations, she now supports people to develop new levels of self-leadership through deep inner-work. She specialises in supporting clients to connect back to their authentic selves and the present moment. Her passion lies in supporting clients to unlock their unique gifts and purpose through emotional mastery and intuitive development.
