Why: Your support helps provide opportunities for girls of all ages to learn, compete, and grow through the sport of wrestling. The Whiteland Girls Wrestling Club serves K-12 female wrestlers, offering a positive environment that builds confidence, discipline, leadership, and lifelong friendships. Sponsorships and fundraising efforts help offset the costs of uniforms, tournament entry fees, training opportunities, equipment, facility expenses, and scholarships for athletes in need. Every dollar invested in our program directly impacts the lives of young women in our community and helps ensure that every girl who wants to wrestle has the opportunity to participate regardless of financial circumstances.
About Our Program
The Whiteland Girls Wrestling Club is a non- profit 501c organization. Whiteland Girls Wrestling has quickly established itself as one of the premier girls wrestling programs in Indiana. In just two seasons as an official high school sport, our athletes have earned 14 IHSAA State Qualifier, 10 State Medals, four Individual State Finalists, and crowned two Individual State Champions. In 2026, our team made history by capturing the IHSAA Girls Wrestling Team State Championship, the first team state title in Whiteland High School history in any sport.
Beyond the high school level, the Whiteland Girls Wrestling Club is the largest girls-only wrestling club in Indiana, serving more than 60 athletes in grades K-12. We proudly operate the state's only girls-only recreational wrestling league, providing opportunities for young athletes to develop confidence, leadership, and competitive skills in a supportive environment.
Our club has earned team state championships in all three ISWA disciplines—Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman—and has achieved national success with runner-up finishes at the 2025 AAU National Duals and the 2025 War of the Roses.
From first-time wrestlers to state champions, our mission is to provide every girl the opportunity to grow through wrestling while building a tradition of excellence that extends far beyond the mat.
