Commitment: 

This course includes 30 hours of in-studio training. Students are required to complete training, in full, to receive their teaching certification. 

This course is open to the public and yoga teachers alike. Only 200 HR certified yoga instructors however, can earn 30 hrs of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.

Education Credits:

This 30 HR course is certified with Yoga Alliance and counts towards continuing eduation and training, as well as the accrual of hours towards higher designations. 

If you plan to take your 200 HR Yoga License in future, you may take your aerial yoga training now. Your license, and ability to teach aerial yoga, however, will be granted upon completion of your 200 HR program. 

Cancellation Policy 

Tuition is non-refundable. Exception: 60 Days or more from Program Start Tuition can be transferred to future trainings, workshops, or group classes offered by Kailey Veenstra and Westcoast Hot Yoga.

Make-up Policy:

Students are required to attend 100% of the training sessions. Course certificates, awarded on the final day of training, are contingent upon the completion of all hours and practicum requirements. While the expectation is full attendance, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Missed hours can be made up by booking a private session, at current hourly rates. 

Meet your facilitator

Kailey Veenstra is an expert Registered Yoga Teacher and continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance. She works with adults, teens and children, alike. Her desire is to see humanity move beyond surviving and into a state of thriving!

Her heart and focus is the emotional health and spiritual wellness of her students. Kailey creates a safe space for people to heal, receive and find freedom through embodied movement, energy healing and intuitive guidance. With a keen ability to marry the spiritual with the mundane, Kailey offers guidance from first-hand, relatable experience and provides tools and practices that help nurture the authentic Self into being. 

Her approach is intuitive, holistic and integrative, drawing from various spiritual traditions, metaphysical training and integrative healing modalities, as well as, over 15 years of esoteric study and somatic practice in the healing and liberation arts.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and intuitive Coach Kailey will guide you away from dis- ease —of the body, heart and psyche— and empower you to take charge of your happiness, health and peace of mind.
