An Evening of Self Care is an immersive experience happening at Nomad Gallery, hosted by gallery owner Jenny Evans and facilitated by Coach and Mindfulness Teacher Rachel Hayek. Join us for a rejuvenating session of meditation, breath work, Reiki and sound healing.

Together we will let go of the world outside to connect with our inner world. Invite stress and tension to melt away using simple, accessible tools and practices that you can continue to use after the event.
