Gather in a poolside oasis and around a sacred fire for an earthy Mabon nervous system regulation ritual with Good Vibes Yoga Studio creatrix and intuitive spiritual guide, Deonna Thomas, and The Sound Healing Librarian, Melissa Dorish. Circling around the pool, our journey begins with clearing energy in the space and body with divine herbal smoke, a collective oracle reading, intention setting, and journaling. A dance between shadow and light, we welcome the Fall Equinox, moving towards the darkness and decay of fall and winter, and exploring the duality within. Awakening the energy body and releasing heavy emotions and trauma through essential oil enhanced breathwork and EFT tapping with positive affirmations to rewire brain pathways. As the sun begins to descend towards the horizon, beautiful colors and refracted light paint a blissful mosaic for the eyes. Finding stillness, resting on the earth or floating in the pool, as the body is bathed in sound, journeying with the elements of water and earth while regulating the nervous system. Two sound practitioners weaving together unique vibrational frequencies supported by the healing energy of reiki. Closing this experience, circling around the fire for ritual, burning our intentions and sending our prayers to Spirit, to hear our call and support our path. Time for sharing and processing what has arisen in a loving spiritual community before parting ways.
