About this Event
Dance into the descent of darkness and decay for an autumnal cacao ritual to connect to the ancestors under October's Waning Gibbous Moon in Gemini and Cancer with Good Vibes Yoga Studio Creatrix and Intuitive Spiritual Guide, Deonna Thomas, and Sacred Vocalist and Cacao Guide, Stephanie Nieves. Gather in sacred community as we sit in the liminal space between Summer and Winter, embracing light and shadow, the duality of Gemini, and the emotional flow and intuition of Cancer. Opening space, calling in the four directions and the love, wisdom, and support of our ancestors as we teeter between the realms of Spirit and the Middle World, Kay Pacha, the earthly plane of human existence. Clearing energy in body and space, smudging with sacred smoke, as we open the energetic channels to Spirit through a collective oracle reading and intention setting. Moving through an earthbound yoga flow rooted in breath, air nourishing the body, supported by the healing effects of reiki. Vibrational healing continues as we find stillness while the body is bathed in sound, softening the nervous system and connecting to the element of water. Opening the heart space, awakening the senses, and connecting with Mama Cacao while we sip on her sweet medicinal nectar and sing her songs from Spirit. Continuing to sing and drum, we allow the inner child to come out and play, we find our voice and ability to express. Sealing the experience, sharing in circle with kindred Spirts, closing the four directions as your return to Kay Pacha.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
