Join @Jeff Warren for an afternoon of experiential exploration into where the path of meditation practice leads!

Over the course of this afternoon retreat, popular meditation teacher and Consciousness Explorers Club founder Jeff Warren will lead practices and discussion into how meditation can help us drop from the turbulent surface layer of mind and circumstance, into the deeper stream of life just happening. This kind of awareness is both ordinary and sacred, and available to anyone at any time.
Arguably, the point of meditation practice is to help us connect to that kind of awareness or being. Through guided sessions and open discussion, we’ll explore the core skills of practice, and how they can be customized to fit our circumstances and wiring. We’ll explore some ideas about mental health, and maybe even brainstorm together about how we might create greater access to practice and practice communities.
Hopefully you’ll leave feeling connected to a larger movement of care, and excited about the creative possibilities of practice. Maybe you’ll relate to your own mental health quirks in a more welcoming and less stigmatizing way. Because understanding that our specific quirks and challenges also have their place is one of the core reorientations of practice!
