When “Eat Less, Move More” Isn’t Enough
About this Event
If you’ve ever wondered why the strategies that used to work for your body don’t seem to work the same way anymore, this workshop is for you.
When “Eat Less, Move More” Isn’t Enough is an interactive women’s wellness workshop designed to help you better understand the connection between hormones, metabolism, nutrition, fat loss, and overall health in midlife.
We’ll begin with introductions and a brief discussion about some of the changes women commonly experience during this stage of life. Then, rather than spending the entire event listening to presentations, we’ll break into smaller groups for a more personal, interactive experience.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, join the conversation, and get practical guidance from both a nutrition and healthcare perspective on topics such as:
- Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause
- Metabolism, weight changes, and body composition
- Nutrition and sustainable fat loss
- Protein, strength training, sleep, stress, and recovery
- Common midlife symptoms and health concerns
- What to focus on when “eat less, move more” just isn’t telling the whole story
Our goal is for you to leave with a better understanding of what’s happening in your body, what actually matters, and practical steps you can take to support your health moving forward.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, connect with other women, and enjoy food and beverages in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Bring your questions! We want this workshop to be about what YOU want to know.
