What's Good is a community event hosted by Karla Clark at SoulScience.
This is an event for those who want more positive energy in their lives.
We have a short introduction to the evening, then a light/ relaxing meditation, and time to share what is good and positive in our life- perhaps even things that we are creating or making better!
At a time when things can seem overwhelming in the outside world, it is important to cultivate peace within and surround ourselves with people who put positivity at the heart of life.
