What the Funk? Hiker Hygiene and Leave No Trace: Flip-Flop Kickoff 2025

Join Jim Fetig, President of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC), as he breaks down how to stay clean and healthy on your hikes. Jim also covers the importance of Leave No Trace. 2025 hikers can pick up their 2025 A.T. hangtag at the end of Jim’s workshop. 

Jim is an A.T. thru-hiker, former ridgerunner, and Trail maintainer. With over a decade of experience on the Trail as both a hiker and volunteer, Jim is an expert on all things A.T. He’ll offer workshop participants tips, tricks, and guidance on taking care of themselves and the footpath on their journey.
