Bierock received a special holiday present we’re sharing with our customers on Thursday December 26.The dragon itself left it under our tree.
So on the day after Christmas, we’re tapping a keg of Dragon’s Milk Reserve Coffee Chocolate.
New Holland Brewing Company has the description…
"The adventure begins with a slumber in select bourbon barrels, imparting notes of vanilla and oak to this brew. This edition of Coffee Chocolate is powered by our friends at Madcap Coffee. Our brewers worked with the team at Madcap to select their Bolt House Blend, a blend of Central and South American coffees, for this limited brew. The deep, chocolatey, and syrupy notes from this artisan coffee pair perfectly with hand-selected Ghanaian cocoa to create a delicious and unique take on our legendary stout."
We got one sixth barrel of this limited release, and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
Doors open at 3:00 p.m. on Dec. 26.
Thursdays are also the day for our weekly Grilled Cheese and Soup combo to complement your drinking experience.
