For the first time since pre-Covid times, the Bloor Street United Church Craddock Lecture series returns with: What does it mean to right historic wrongs? A talk with Douglas Sanderson (Amo Binashii). Everyone is invited for this time of learning and discussion! RSVP requested to [email protected].

Get informed by Douglas Sanderson, co-author of Valley of the Birdtail, and Professor in the Faculty of Law at The University of Toronto. Q and A to follow the talk.

Go beyond learning and acknowledgement, and consider how we can work together to further truth and reconciliation. Following the talk, we will share a pay-what-you-can meal in community.

Afterwards, we have a chance to participate in discussion groups facilitated by youth from across Canada who took part in Gibimishkaadimin.

Both the talk and discussion groups will be held in-person and livestreamed on Sunday, October 20th, 2024.

The talk begins at 10:30am, lunch is at 12:00pm, and discussion groups will be from 1:00-2:00pm.
