What Does Being a Strong Man Mean to You? Join our Support Group
About this Event
The safest thing a child can have is a man willing to keep growing.
Many men were taught to provide, protect, stay strong, and handle problems on their own. Today, men are also expected to be emotionally available, communicate openly, repair relationships, and raise emotionally healthy children—often without having been shown how.
This group is not about criticizing masculinity or teaching men to be perfect fathers. It is a supportive space for men who want to become more emotionally present, intentional, and connected—to the children in their lives, to their partners, and to themselves.
You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone
In this therapist-led group, men can speak honestly, receive support without judgment, learn practical relationship skills, and connect with others navigating similar responsibilities.
Conversations will be guided by the needs and experiences of group members and may include:
- Fatherhood and caregiving
- Anger and emotional regulation
- Stress, burnout, and work-life balance
- Marriage and relationship challenges
- Communication and repairing after conflict
- Shame, loneliness, grief, and vulnerability
- Identity and changing expectations of masculinity
- Raising boys and raising girls
- Breaking unhealthy family patterns
- Becoming the kind of man you needed growing up
Enrollment is limited to just 10 men to create a supportive, intimate environment where everyone has time to share, receive guidance, and build meaningful connections.
Led by Sean Palmer:

- Supervised by Marina Edelman, LMFT #51009
