About the teacher:

Dr. Kat Hamblin is a pelvic floor physical therapist, educator, and certified yoga instructor passionate about helping women cultivate a deeper relationship with their bodies. Through her unique integration of breathwork, physical anatomy, and womb energetic healing, she bridges the wisdom of ancient yogic practices with modern pelvic floor health.
