A Forest Workshop in Tree Intelligence and ConnectionTrees communicate, respond, make decisions, and even cooperate with one another. Recent research confirms what many of us intuitively feel—trees are aware and alive in astonishing ways.
In this unique workshop, we’ll explore the intelligence of trees not only through science, but through direct experience. After choosing a Tree Transformation Card to guide your focus, you will practice qigong, helping you shift into the quiet, connected state where communication with nature becomes possible.
As we walk among the trees, we’ll explore what it means to sense the forest’s perspective. What do trees know? How do they respond to you? What might they want to share? You will have hands on instruction to experience this directly from the trees.
Join us for a deep dive into the presence and wisdom of trees—and come away with a renewed sense of belonging.

About the Instructor: Flora Rudolph is an artist and spiritual explorer who discovered the wisdom of trees after a life-changing encounter with a Douglas-fir in 2007. A traumatic brain injury soon after altered her path, but healing came through the trees, leading to the creation of the Tree Cards—messages of guidance from different species. Flora now leads Forest Bathing + Meeting Trees workshops, self-guided experiences, tree readings, online and in-person courses, and a membership community.
