This 90 minute workshop facilitated by community psychologist Dr Trisnasari Fraser is an opportunity for creative practitioners to workshop values, purpose and goals in a small group setting.Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioural therapies, as well as evidence-based alternatives to SMART goals, Trisna will provide tools to help maintain progress with your goals.
Optional follow up support is available through an online community of practice, subscription to resources, reflective practice groups or one-on-one coaching sessions. More information will be available at the workshop.
