GROOV3 is a dance fitness class designed for all skill levels, we combine the coolest moves with the best jams to create the ultimate dance party vibe! Its a low stakes, full body workout. A GROOV3 class goes like this:
✰ Warm up + deep stretches
✰ Extremely fun + well paced choreography
✰ mixtape filled with your favourite tunes
✰ “Dance the sh*t out of it!"
✰ Cool down + high fives
We do not accept cancellation requests within 48 hours of the class start time. Cancellation & Refund Fee: A $2 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
