Whale Watch and Birding

Whale watching has always been a New England tradition. Therefore, the Ocean State Bird Club is thrilled to offer a whale watch and birding trip to our members, their family, and to the general public. Not only is there the possibility of seeing beautiful whales but there is the chance of seeing sea birds in their pelagic habitat. As a bird club, we want to offer this opportunity at a discounted rate. As a result, Captain John Boats offers group rate ticketing of $40/person. The OSBC is sponsoring the trip and purchasing the tickets ahead of time for interested members and their family members as well as tickets for the general public. Because the club purchased and reserved 30 tickets, Captain John Boats does not offer refunds for unused tickets. As a result, we will not be offereing refunds to participants who can not make it. The cost of each ticket will include an Eventbrite fee associated with doing business with the website. We have reserved 30 tickets in advance. They will sellout quickly so act now.

Although the scheduled time of departure is noon, we are asking participants to arrive between 11:15-11:30 so that we can gather as a group and distribute tickets.
