Welcome to the Westminster Tenants Conference!

We’re pleased to invite you to our first Tenants Conference, a free event designed to bring Westminster City Council tenants together with housing teams and decision-makers.
If you are an existing council tenant on a fixed term tenancy agreement, this is a great opportunity for you to come and get it converted to a lifetime tenancy on the day with our housing team!
The event will also provide an opportunity for tenants to meet our teams, as well as some external guests, and ask any queries, be given advice, or provide any feedback on our services. This could include queries regarding:
- housing managment issues
- anti-social behaviour
- repairs
- major works
- payment support information
- energy advice
- estate services
- and many more
We will have stalls running all day in the Great Hall so please feel free to pop in at any time between 10am and 3pm to ask any questions, raise any queries or even just to come in to say hello and meet the teams.
There will be breakout sessions running throughout the day at set times. If you would like to attend any of these then you will have to register your place on the day upon entry.
Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be available as well as tea and coffee all day (lunch options will be available from 12pm).
