All are welcome to attend Zen practice with West Side Zen Group, but students from nearby colleges interested in starting a meditation practice are especially encouraged to join. West Side Zen is led by Dharma Teacher in Training Mark Van Noppen and is affiliated with Providence Zen Center in Cumberland, RI.

- 6:45 - 7:00 PM Newcomer Orientation
- 7:00 - 7:10 PM Chanting
- 7:10 - 7:30 PM Sitting meditation
- 7:30 - 7:35 PM Walking meditation
- 7:35 - 7:55 PM Sitting meditation
- 7:55 - 8:15 PM Reading and discussion
