Do you have what it takes to bake the best pie in West Kentucky? Market House Theatre is teaming up with Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center to bring you a deliciously fun evening of friendly competition and fabulous pies! Whether you’re a seasoned baker, a pie enthusiast, or just someone who loves a slice of heaven, this event has something for everyone.
🎂 The Contest
Enter your handmade masterpiece for a chance to win fantastic prizes, including the Grand Prize: a feature in the Waitress playbill and tickets to the show! Categories include Best Sweet Pie, Best Savory Pie, Junior Division (for bakers 13 and under), and the People’s Choice Award.
🍷 The Fun
Even if you’re not baking, join us for a night of pie sampling, wine sipping (cash bar available), and celebrating our local talent. Pie tasting begins at 6:30 PM, and winners will be crowned at 7:00 PM.
🎟 Tickets & Entry
• Bakers: $20 entry fee (two identical 9″-10″ pies required – one for judging, one for sharing).
• Guests: $10 donation (online or at the door) to taste and celebrate!
