Get ready for a weekend filled with excitement learning West Coast Swing alongside our wonderful members!Here's what we've got lined up for you:
- A full newcomer intensive to equip you for the social dance floor
- Tons of social dancing and mingling opportunities
- Watch fun competitions and dance performances
- The whole Arctic Westies dance family ready to welcome you into this fun hobby
- Special guest appearance by Victor and Evelina, one of Sweden’s favourite WCS couples
Time: Friday 17th and Saturday 18th of October
Location: Habibi dance studio (Søndre Tollbodgate 7)
Weekend Schedule:
Friday:
17:30-18:00: Registration
18:00-20:00: Beginner Workshop 1 & 2
20:00-21:00: Break (observe and mingle with experienced dancers)
21:00-01:00: Social dance
Saturday:
17:00-19:00: Beginner Workshop 3 & 4
19:15-20:00: Fun line dance class
20:00-01:00: Social dance
Sunday:
Extra: Private lessons available upon request (additional cost)
Monday:

19:00-20:00: level 2 class at LHL
20:00-21:00: level 1 class at LHL
21:00-23:00: Social dancing!
Prices:
600 kr for non-members
400 kr for AW-members
200 kr for Arctic Westies membership (valid throughout 2025)

Important Information:
- No prior dance experience necessary!
- Couple registration secures spots
- Solo sign-ups join a waiting list
- Dance shoes OR flat, slippery shoes OR flat shoes with a cut-off sock covering the tip of the shoe are all good solutions for dancing
