Come to this after-school music program for families. Sean Gaskell will present an educational demonstration featuring the West African Kora, a 21 string harp. For youth ages 6 and up and families. Program offered during Old Colony Library Network's "Booktober Library Crawl".Sean Gaskell learned to play the West African Kora over the course of 4 visits to West Africa. In the countries of Gambia and Senegal, he studied with several teachers.
Held either in Logan Auditorium or the Children's Room. Doors open at 3:45. No registration needed.
