Our next fortnightly run club catch up is Sunday 22nd September. We have two paces running:
1) Our regulars taking off for 25-30mins out and then return (approx 7-10km).
2) Then we have our beginner pace, 15mins out 15mins back.
Our goal with our beginner pace is to build to running for 30mins continuous. It's ok though if you aren't there yet, we are starting with shorter intervals of 3-4mins jogging into walking.
If you have wanted to get into running, but a little put off by the run clubs, this is one for you. Coach Jess will be running/walking with the beginner pack.
The W.E.S Run Club is open to members and non members. We love meeting new faces and sharing the fun of running with others.
