Info: Introduction & Briefing – We’ll kick things off by introducing the groups, explaining the session, and setting the pace for an inclusive and supportive run.
Warm-up – Before we hit the pavement, we’ll get our bodies ready with a heart-raising and joint-mobilizing dynamic warm-up.
The Run!

Group 1: Slow & Steady – A consistent, comfortable-paced 5K, perfect for those who want to build confidence and enjoy the run.
⚡ Group 2: Push for Performance – This group focuses on time over distance, looping back to reconnect with Group 1 along the way, ensuring everyone stays motivated.
Cool-down & Recovery – After the run, we’ll ease into a slow, dynamic cool-down, incorporating stretching, relaxation, and recovery techniques.
