We're talking about all the highs and lows of living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) at our T1D Connections Meetings!
These in-person meetings allow families of children 5-11 years of age with T1D and their caregivers to meet once a month. Supervision of the children is provided, as well as games and activities. The parents/caregivers will have guided conversations in a separate space.
