Wellness Workshop: Soak into Soundbath with Kanan

Be guided through relaxing breath, mantra for heart expansion, and soothing crystal healing sound bath designed to promote personal inquiry, and connection to love.

Participants will receive a heart chakra healing mantra and mudra to open the center of compassion, love, and truth.

All levels are welcome. Bring a blanket and eye pillow if you prefer.

About Kanan | Loopwell Director of Spiritual Well-Being
Kanan has always had a passion for helping people, which led her to a career as a therapist and yoga teacher with a focus on well-being through all stages of life. Melding her psychotherapy training with yoga, meditation, and a holistic healing approach, Kanan has designed her own unique practice of well-being and become a leading expert for body, mind, and spiritual awareness.

Kanan is a certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), has a Master of Clinical Social Work, and is trained in evidence-based modalities, including Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has completed master’s level specialized Jungian Life Coach training from an ICF-accredited coaching program.
