Wellness Wednesdays - Windsor

Wellness Wednesdays is a friendly weekly group by NeuroDiverse Community CIC that gives people the chance to take part in gentle mobility and flexibility sessions in a supportive and inclusive setting. It is designed to promote wellbeing, encourage movement and provide a positive space where people can relax, build confidence and look after themselves. The group is for anyone who would benefit from a calm, welcoming session focused on wellbeing, movement and community connection.
