Wellness Wednesdays Featuring Desmerized, Hot Spot Yoga

Take your lunch break outside and recharge with us on Wednesday, September 10, for Wellness Wednesdays! We’re teaming up with the local wellness practitioners to bring free community-centered wellness sessions to the Plaza from 12 PM–1 PM.

Wellness offerings include:

• Live Hypnosis & Guided Tools from Desmerized. Explore how hypnosis can help with focus, calm, and self-regulation.
  
• Revitalizing Vinyasa Yoga with Hot Spot Yoga and Malika. Perfect opportunity to unwind, stretch, and connect with nature while practicing yoga - All levels are welcome to participate.

Drop in, relax, recharge, and take a moment for yourself. No special equipment or experience needed—just your presence and an open mind.
