WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
When: Wednesdays in February at 6 PM, doors open at 5:45 PM
Where: Residences at OAK
Fitness is here at OAK! Join us for a complimentary yoga class with sweat, fun, and friends INSIDE the Residences state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy an unforgettable yoga experience with one of OKC's top instructors! Come out, be present, be in the moment, and enjoy 60 minutes of releasing your mind and strengthening your body.
This class engages all skill levels, combining physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health and well-being.
