The coping methods we use to help manage stress are often what determines how good or bad we feel. Embodiment practices offer a wonderful solution to help manage stress by releasing tension and trauma that can be stored in our tissues.
Join instructor Gwyn Davis to learn self myofascial release techniques and qigong forms that work to create better balance within the body’s fascial, nervous and bioelectrical systems.

- The nature of our bioelectric field, what it does and why it’s important
- Self myofascial release techniques that bring better alignment to our bodies
- Qigong forms for cultivating life force energy
