Wellness Wednesdays Workshops are tailored to address the specific needs of the Rockford community by delivering free, accessible, and comprehensive mental health education aimed at empowering participants to enhance their resilience and improve overall health.

The holiday season brings unique emotional and relational challenges.
This interactive workshop helps participants explore how food expectations, family dynamics, boundaries, and emotional triggers shape their holiday experiences.

Through guided discussion and practical tools, participants will learn how to manage stress, stay grounded, communicate their needs, and navigate difficult moments with clarity and confidence, creating a more balanced and meaningful holiday season.
