Join us on Wellness Wednesdays!
Our intern Kris Kadaji, a graduate student in Mental Health Counseling (LeMoyne College) will run this wellness group for 8 weeks.
Here are a few things you can plan on doing in the group:
 Learn how to cope with daily life stress
 Learn how to deal with grief, divorce, domestic violence and depression
 Learn how to defuse anger in yourself and others
 Learn how to help other people and families in your community
 Learn self-compassion and self-care so you can support yourself, your family and friends
