Wellness Walk and Gratitude Rock Painting- Mid-Cities

We will take a family journey of gratitude through the rock trail! First we will walk through and look at the creativity of those who have placed rocks down then stay for an opportunity to paint your own!
Bring a rock and wear clothes to paint in. Paint and brushes will be provided.

Through movement, meaningful moments, and community care, we center your well-being and remind you how your joy, rest, and healing matter always. We are a non profit organization that supports moms in need of mental health and wellness.

Special challenge: March into Motion

March Into Motion: Walk Across Texas is our annual spring walking challenge designed to help Black moms build consistency, community, and confidence through movement.

From March through May, we will collectively walk the distance across Texas—every step from every mom counts.
