Jade Heart Sound Bath

Attending a sound bath aids in balancing your mind, body, and spirit. This meditative practice is your time to relax, unwind, and release tension. Jade Heart sound baths are conducted using quartz crystal singing bowls which are aligned to the energy centers of our bodies.

I'll guide you through a moment of internal connection before the sound bath and a grounding mediation as we conclude. During the sound bath, participants lie down comfortably, allowing the sounds and vibrations to quiet the mind and promote healing from the inside out. The REC provides a yoga mat, yoga blanket, and bolster for your comfort and convenience. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is receive the good vibes!

I will also have my handmade, Reiki-infused essential oil and crystal products available for purchase at every sound bath.

We will be set up in Exercise Room C, which is on the second floor. Please arrive early to give yourself time to park and get settled before we begin. I recommend arriving with enough time to lightly stretch before you lie down - the door opens 15 minutes before the Sound Bath.
