Let’s refresh your memory on what it feels like to be playful, fun, and completely magnetic.
Modern Sensuality is a new perspective on wellness. We’re creating a space for you to drop the armor and finally reconnect with your own magnetism. This is an afternoon designed to slow you down, amplify your pleasure, and remind you exactly what it feels like to be fully expressed in your own skin.
We’re meeting over a topic that’s rarely spoken about, inviting you to trust yourself and step out of your comfort zone. Set in a beautiful, elevated space at the Thompson Hotel, the entire experience is curated to be as aesthetic as it is impactful - complete with a gorgeous food spread, connecting activities, movement, and real conversation.
Join a community of women who are done dimming their light and are ready to turn the volume all the way up.
The Flow
01. Move + Reflect: The Reclamation
We’ve been conditioned to turn down the volume on our desires. This is where you turn it back up. This workshop blends raw discussion with guided somatic movement to help you inhabit your body fully.
The Feminine: A short talk on why we disconnect and how to live deeply tuned in.
The Connection: Small and large group discussions to be witnessed and validated by women who get it.
The Practice: A guided feminine movement session—hip-opening, heart-centered, and playful. No performance, just presence.
Workshop by: Sheila Ghanian (MA, LPCC). An intimacy coach and psychotherapist who creates expansive spaces for women to reclaim their sensual power through somatic flow and relational work.
02. Connect: Social Hour
Community is the ultimate ROI. Exchange real energy and high-vibe conversation over a nutritious, chef-curated spread by House of Zata.

Her workshops create space for reclamation through somatic practices, movement, sensual flow, relational work, and playful expression.
