About this Event
How do we remain present when life feels overwhelming?
This gathering combines community dialogue and immersive sound healing to explore mindfulness as a tool for navigating grief, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. Together we will discuss practical ways to move grief through the body, cultivate self-compassion, and reconnect with practices that support healing.
The afternoon will include a restorative sound bath led by Courtney Besser to encourage relaxation, release, and nervous system restoration.
