Grief and loss can be so disorienting. Everything about your life looks and feels different, and yet life goes on around you as if nothing has happened. Losing a loved one can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and lonely to name a few things, but our hope is that you do not walk this alone. Come join us for a 6-week group designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment where members can openly share their experiences, express their feelings, learn about the grief process, and connect with others who understand the pain of grief. Whether you experienced the loss years ago or more recently, we welcome you.
