Are you an adult with a developmental or intellectual disability, looking to grow in your faith? Do you want to be a part of a Bible study that is supportive and differentiated to meet your unique needs? Are you looking for Christian community with people you can easily connect with?
This 6-week wellness group is specifically designed to offer a supportive environment where adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities can grow in their faith as they study the life and teachings of Jesus together. Through the use of visuals, straight-forward language, and hands-on activities, this group will create developmentally-appropriate opportunities for you to grow spiritually and connect relationally with others.
Our hope is that you will meet new friends, grow in your knowledge and understanding of the Bible, participate in The Gathering's 6 shared practices, and have fun!
