We will start with an introduction and fill the space with love and thank the space we’ve collectively decided to be in.
We will learn how to clear your auric field, 7 basic chakras and the energy centers. We will learn how to discern blockages within the body, have an affirmation share, learn the art of mudras, tapping and the benefits of enhancing your energy.
We will flow through meditation, Reiki shares, breath work and moving the energy through your body.
We will wind down by thanking our space, the people and enjoying a gentle stretch together.
We will be flowing through a timeline with no downtime. Straight to the healing work with amazing people and likeminded individuals that lead to lifelong friendships.

Please bring a mat if you have one.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a positive attitude and gratitude for healing.
You will receive an empowerment bag with tools for healing and cleansing your space.
Payment is required in full at time of scheduling. A full refund will be provided if you cancel your reservation at 48 hours before your scheduled session. Partial refund will be provided if canceled after the 48 hour cancelation window.
