Wellness Day: Come learn how to manage stress this holiday season!

ABC is very excited to welcome, Kimberly, yoga teacher and owner of Younique Yoga and acupuncturist, Dr. Ruthann Russo of the Zen Den.

Beginner Vinyasa Flow 10:15am: There is limited space. Please email [email protected] if you would like to take the yoga class!

Kimberly will be giving a beginner Vinyasa Flow in the bookstore! Bring your yoga mat, blocks, and towels. This is an all levels 45 minute class 10:15am - 11am. Vinyasa refers to the way the postures flow together, seamlessly connecting breath to movement. This creates a continuous flow of energy throughout the practice, leaving you feeling invigorated and detoxified. Yoga is an beautiful way to calm the body and mind.

Younique Yoga is located in Allenhurst, New Jersey just a 1.5 miles drive up the road! Kimberly will be giving away a special New Student discount to those attending this event! $15 for your first class at Younique Yoga!

Acupressure Presentation 11:15am:

Learn how the time-tested and science-supported wisdom of acupuncture and acupressure can help you find equilibrium, even without needles.

Join Dr. Ruthann Russo of the Zen Den for a relaxing, experiential session that explores key points on the body and ears that soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote calm. You’ll also receive ear seeds to take home: a gentle, lasting reminder to return to balance.

Ruthann is board certified in acupuncture, lifestyle medicine, and health and wellness coaching. She has previously practiced at NYU Langone Medical Center and Mount Sinai Health. She earned doctorate degrees in acupuncture (Pacific College of Health Sciences) and Mind-Body Medicine (Saybrook University). In addition to practicing acupuncture, coaching, and teaching, she loves yoga, learning and watching the sun rise. She is a proud Asbury Park resident!
