Shawnte is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Sound Practitioner, and wellness guide passionate about helping others feel grounded, empowered, and at ease in both body and mind. With a background in human services and years of teaching in schools, studios, and community spaces, she weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional guidance to create supportive and transformative experiences. Her offerings include yoga, reiki, sound healing, mindfulness, and personalized wellness sessions designed to nurture balance, resilience, and connection.In her classes, you can expect a blend of strength and softness—spaces to stretch, breathe, release, and come home to yourself.
