Feeling the Healing: Awaken the Sacred Athlete Within You

Farcia's Natural Rhythm Healing is rooted in the ancient ancestral wisdom that embodies the understanding of the profound connection between rhythm, movement, and healing. In this six-session series we will explore the breath as the foundation, guiding and synchronizing the body's movements, and connecting us to our inner rhythms.

Each workshop is an opportunity for you to find your Sacred Athlete. Farcia will guide you to create space to reconnect to your body, listen deeply, and honor the wisdom within. She will use intentional movement from Nia Somatic therapeutic practices such as (Tai Chi , Taekwondo, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, & Yoga to Sharpen Your Sensory IQ, and teach her signature style from African Healing Dances to unleash ancestral wisdom and healing through rhythm.

We will explore how consciously embodying the breath through movement can unlock a deeper connection with the body, and help release stagnant energy, reduce anxiety and depression, and help promote a sense of emotional balance and well- being.
