Start your day with a gentle rhythm - mindfully moving with breath. This is a strong meditative flow created to explore your edges and you will leave feeling centered and energized.
This class is geared towards all practitioners seeking to build strength, balance, flexibility and connection.

Dyamen has been teaching yoga since 2019. He is 300hr certified in Vinyasa style flow.
He began to practice yoga after a motorcycle accident left him with fractures in his spine. After noticing the benefits in his recovery, physically and mentally he decided to become a instructor to share the benefits of this art.
Dyamen’s classes are known to focus on breath to movement, hip mobility and form.
