Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki

Tap into the potent medicine of nature’s rhythms and recharge with a Breath-work practice followed by Sound Healing + Reiki. Tune into a moment of stillness and sound to connect with the archetypal energies of the Four Seasons and the Five Elements. Practice incorporates gentle breath-work to reset the nervous system and tap into the essence of each season, followed by a sound healing meditation journey. Turn inward and receive healing benefits of deep relaxation as you bathe in the frequencies and vibrant harmonics of gongs, alchemy crystal singing bowls, and an assortment of sound healing instruments from around the world. You will have the option to receive reiki to promote balance, harmony and well being within the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki has roots in ancient Japanese healing practices and is considered a form of energy healing. It stems from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy.

Attend one session or join each session to reflect on the relationship between the seasons and the process of the cycles of change.

Each session is 2 hours. Beginners welcome. No experience required.
