Wellist Week: YVO Warrior Tribe (Miami Beach)

You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Miami Beach. We meet Wednesday evenings at 7:20pm in South Pointe Park (next to fountains, by the water) and leave by 7:30pm for movement and connection.

Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available first come, first served. All levels welcome.

No pressure. No performance. Just movement, good people, and a reason to be outside. That’s what we call strength.
