The Wellington Salsa Ball returns in 2026 to bring together live music and dancers from across the region for the city’s biggest Latin dance social of the year!
Social dancing and community is at the heart of this event. With live music, an open dance floor, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, the Ball serves as a mid-winter celebration to foster connection, joy, and a sense of occasion.
Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned dancer, this event is for you! Your ticket includes:
🎺 A 90 minute live Salsa set from Wellington’s own C-26 Salsa Band
💃 4+ hours of social dancing
🎧 DJ Panda playing Salsa all night, with touches of Bachata and Kizomba
✨ A beautiful venue and stunning wooden dance floor
📷 Professional event photography to capture the memories
🍹 Access to the in-house bar

11:00pm (social dancing continues)
