Wellington Scottish and Sparkle Fitness are hosting a group long run and inviting all those who are doing any of the Gazley Volkswagen events along.
There will be group leaders of varying paces to guide the groups and do a course reccie over parts of the course. This is the first of three meet ups over the next three months in the lead up to event day.
