Massey University is providing FREE buses to transport Wellington based secondary school students to and from the Manawatū Campus Open Day

The Massey Uni Open Day on the Manawatū Campus is on Wednesday 5th August 2026 and the Wellington Future Students team are providing FREE buses for Wellington based secondary school students to attend.

Buses will leave from:

7.00 am - WELLINGTON STATION (Platform 9 bus stops)

7.00 am - WATERLOO RAILWAY STATION (Oxford Terrace - Stop B)

Est 7.30am - PORIRUA PARK AND RIDE (SH59 side)

Est 8.00am PARAPARAUMU (Coastlands mall)

Details of pick up locations and times subject to change once registration numbers are confirmed.

A Massey University staff member will accompany the students on each bus to and from Palmerston North.

In order to ride the bus to and from the Massey Manawatū Open Day on Wednesday 5th of August all students must have parent/guardian permission. All parents must understand that students will be responsible for themselves on the day and for meeting the bus at 2 pm to return to Wellington around 4.30 pm back at the pick up point.

Permisson forms will be sent in the coming weeks.

Parents will need to reply text to confirm permission or complete the permission form.
