No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome
This is a time to pause, relax & receive gentle, supportive care in a peaceful environment.
These sessions may help relieve:
Stress & anxiety
Headaches & back pain
Fatigue or emotional heaviness
Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, less stressed, and with a renewed sense of balance and wellbeing.
Suggested donation: $10 - $20
When: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Where: Feilding Library
When: The first Wednesday of every month
